We were there Aug. 31. Could hardly open or close or door to our room. Our bathroom door did not close. And there was a smell in our room, like it was masking an odour. Would never recommend this place.

The credit card style door key worked once! The door looked as if someone had broken into it more than once. The hanger behind the bathroom door had been forcibly traumatised and was just hanging on. They charged ,above and beyond the Expedia fee ,for parking...which was unexpected. The room had a vague smell of urine when I first entered it.

Clean Room.
The room was clean as were sheets and towels. The check in was quick and smooth. There is a bit of noise from surrounding area and hallway. Overall worth the cost and I would book here again.

I had never stayed a 5 Comfort Suites before (usually stayed at Quality Inn before) but they had an accessible suite for me so I was pleased about that. Due to arthritis I need grab bars in the bathroom and an accessible entrance so I don't need to carry my suitcase/garment bag up stairs. Even though there was a grab bar I still had some difficulties as the toilet was so low to the floor. I would suggest in future you replace toilet with 17/18 inch high seat. Unfortunately, I didnt sleep well as the mattress and pillows were all too soft which left me with a sore back and neck. Another thing that caused me to lose sleep was loud neighbours yelling and banging around from 1 to 3 am! The coffee maker stopped working after the first day but I was heating my tea in the microwave so good thing I dont drink coffee! The staff were polite but, as I was only there for 3 nights and they probably didn’t have another accessible suite and I was busy in town, I didnt ask for my room to be changed. I will know what to ask for in future. I did tell staff about the coffee machine when I checked out.

On checking in we were told the Denny’s next door would be open in the morning. But Saturday morning it seems the restaurant was closed. Otherwise great exercise room and pool.

Priced too high for what you got..no shower caps..no bottled water.... Floor in bathroom cold and didn't look the cleanest ...stain on carpet..very dingy looking ...no night lights... No extras in bathroom...no cups except for Coffee...had to go and ask for glasses for bathroom

Visibly dirty, there were cobwebs in every corner, and a buildup of dust beside the ac unit. major water damage with peeling pain on ceiling in bathroom. In a serious state of disrepair. Not all rooms have a bathtub, even though it states that on the website. The toilet seat wouldnt stay up since the lid of the tank was overhanging too much. Our room was ground level and had a sliding glass door that went outside. It just didnt feel safe.

Bed was fine Room was clean Carpeting has a smelly odour They tried masking it with a spray but it was overbearing the spray and once it wore off it smelled musty and old. I’d suggest removing the carpet entirely in these rooms.

Door to our balcony would not open so we could not sit outside in the evening. Coffee maker and coffee in the room but no cups to make a cup of coffee so what’s the point?

Customer service was great. We found the rooms tired, our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Did not like the frosted glass barn door for the bathroom, the light lit up the room at night when the light was on.
