We loved that the staff made the checking in process so seamless . The room was clean and recently updated for a nice modern touch. The hotel was quiet and close to the downtown area without all of the hustle and bustle. It has a restaurant right next door as well. The room was an affordable rate and we enjoyed our stay

Good place to stay that suited our needs.
We needed a pit stop between Toronto and Montreal so we chose Kingston. It also had to be pet friendly. The lobby was bright and welcoming. The elevator landings could use some updating. My best guess is this place used to be offices and they decided to transform the space into hotel rooms. The hallways and room look updated. The king bed was very comfortable. There was minimal water pressure for the shower.

Staff was nice and personable. They had plenty of parking, some of which had a cover. The room was clean, bigger than expected, had 2 comfortable beds and a pretty nice bathroom. Better than anticipated for the price we paid.

Staff very unhelpful and always referring to someone else who could help. But they never materialized. Very nice lobby but elevator area is like a service elevator at best. Rooms are ok for the price.

The lobby is quite nice. It has been recently renovated however very cheaply so still feels very run down in the hallways, stairs, elevators and rooms. Staff not very knowledgeable and always abdicate responsibility to someone else. No one can ever solve a challenge as it is someone else's job. Yet after 3 days, never found that person who was able to help.
