Great location location. That’s where it ends. Property needs repairs (door handles falling off, hole in door patched over with masking tape, broken towel rail, dirty marks on walls, gouges out of plaster on walls, carpet wrinkled/loose. Had a “surprise” $100 fee to my card directly from ABC accomodation - rang and questioned them - pointed out the extra “cleaning fee” was not mentioned at booking, on my reservation, on my invoice, at checkin or after checkout. Lastminute couldn’t help as it was a direct transaction by ABC. ABC at this point stopped taking calls, haven’t responded to emails or text messages. Have had to report it as an unauthorised transaction through my bank. I could live with the tired/worn room, but the customer service is deplorable.
