I had a fantastic stay at Citadines Melbourne! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I particularly appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore Melbourne’s attractions and dining spots. Overall, Citadines Melbourne exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

The property is conveniently located in central Melbourne with a tram stop right outside the front door, train station a short walk away, China Town one street over and restaurants very close by. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. We requested a quiet room and that's what we got; away from the lift and near the end of a corridor. Housekeeping is not daily, but that suited us.

Central location with lots of restaurants and theatres around. Hotel was clean and spacious but no crockery even though there was a kitchenette with hot plates and dishwasher. TV picture was fuzzy but we went out anyway so not an issue for us. Friendly and efficient checkin and express check out was good. No restaurant so no breakfast available but would stay again

Citadines was very accomodating. We arrived early in the morning so we could spend our day in the city. We asked reception to hold our luggage but they found us another room of same qualify to check in straight away. This was so helpful. I loved that the room even had a mini kitchen. Lovely room and exceptional staff.

Excellent venue and staff were helpful and friendly. If you have young children, definitely take the time to go to the supermarket as there are not many cafes or suitable places to eat breakfast or easy meals nearby (on a weekend at least).

The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in a cute little studio apartment, which had everything we needed for our two night stay. The only negative was that the bathroom looked like it could do with a good clean, the grout and tiles were really dirty and mouldy. Our daughter had the studio next to ours, and hers was the same. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay.

I would stay here again. Fairly central to cbd. Had nice views of the city from room. Place was clean and fairly quiet on the 19th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the lap.pool too myself. 2 single beds as requested were comfortable. Good value
