Was advised room would be ready for check in at 3pm which is usual check in time. Arrived at hotel at 3.30 and was advised there was a 15 min delay…all okay. After asking at reception twice finally received key at 4.40…..not a great first impression and as we had to be out again by 5 it left us rushed and very inconvenienced. The room was good and clean and area great for getting around.

It was lovely. We had to change rooms due to our balcony room smelling like cigarettes. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. I wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast.

Great hotel, good location, but be aware, there is no outdoor seating area as shown in the photos. That area is for conference attendees only. The parking is 20 minutes walk away unless you want to pay $60 for valet parking.

Really good location from a public transport perspective, shopping and easy access over the Yarra to host of restaurants and bars. The place is/feels brand new, is beautifully done, the service and staff were outstanding across the board - from check-in, the guy making coffees in reception or the guys/girls up at the bar/restaurant. We will be back.

One night stay so it was Ok. Check-in was so slow, plenty of staff but only one bothering to serve customers. Room was clean, but really just another standard hotel room, certainly nothing startling. Bed was comfortable. Probably wouldn't return as way better options for a similar pricing.

We stayed here for our second anniversary. The pool was the highlight for us. Love the ambiance and the water temperature. The room was super clean. Overall it was an amazing stay!

The property overall was decent. Absolutely disappointed with their services though. The casting on TVs wasnt working for the whole stay so we didnt use the TV. Had issues with the aircon for half the stay. No communication between front desk staff and staff that we communicated with via email to get some things set up
