A great stay in a quiet room with comfortable beds and lots of space. Excellent kitchen and excellent customer service. Spa doesn't have an on switch so really is just a bath - our friends in other room couldn't find an on switch either.

Old but huge apartment ( penthouse). It’s got everything you need all be it odds and ends and cracked cups. Bit of an odd place to find and navigate the lifts and through a car park. Penthouse is in another building. I would not stay if any mobility issues. No hand rails in bathrooms and impossible to get in the spa bath with shower over it, besides it doesn’t work. Tap in other bathroom fell off in your hand. The carpets are really dirty so black feet. Don’t bring a crawler or young kids that want to lay on the carpet. It needs a good cleaning it’s got cobwebs etc. up side it’s a good price, it’s got a laundry and 3 toilets so for family or friends to gather or stay it’s perfect. Great food places everywhere. I would definitely stay again but you can’t be too fussy with this place.

Big disaster
It was one of the worst place to stay. Everything was broken...blinds, jacuzi, taps etc. The pans in kitchen were filthy and stove was full of dust and grease. The apartment was full of spider's and spider webs.... plus it was sticking There was dust everywhere Our apartment was on 16th flooor n the lift was broken .... which wasn't fixed throughout our stay When checking out there was no one at reception... they normally operate from building 155 but that too was closed. The staff tried pacifing but failed to fix the concerns Dont ruin your money and trip...

After checking in and being put on the 5th floor to then be told the lift was not working they changed our room due to medical condition couldn't walk 10 flights of stairs. Our new room looked ok until we tried to turn on a light. No electrical in our room nor hot water. Reception were very rude and said they understood we were upset but hopefully a electrician would come at some stage the following day to fix all the electrical. We had to find alternate accommodation just so we could have a hot shower. It wasn't until I got Expedia involved I eventually got a full refund weeks after the fact. I will never stay again. They knew the room was not fit for a paying customer yet they still took our money. Absolutely disgusting and don't get me started on it being clean. It was far from it!!

Checkin was great, staff very helpful. Room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. Quiet with good nights sleep. No trouble staying warm in winter. Central to train stations and tram outside the front door. 3 great Theatres close by and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
