Checkin was great, staff very helpful. Room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. Quiet with good nights sleep. No trouble staying warm in winter. Central to train stations and tram outside the front door. 3 great Theatres close by and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

was not given the room that we booked and paid extra for , was given a lower standard room , when we complained we were then given the deluxe room that we had paid for lift did not work for 1.5 days , no apologie had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs , really dissapointed , had stayed there before and was excellent , this last time very dissapointed

At first sight this property seemed great. The apartment was simple and functional. The kitchen space was well set up and user friendly. Then i we t to give my toddler a bath and the bath was filthy. No way I'd fill that bath and sit my toddler in it. A shower in dads arms was all I could face. I have photos and will send them so the property can take action on this.
