Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that don’t involve guests wasting their time to resolve the matters

The ventilation system could not be turned off, and its noise continued throughout the night. Although we communicated with the property staff, it was not fixed during the three days until our departure. We also did not receive any updates or follow-up regarding the situation. Ruined our plans in Melbourne.
