Quest was a great option and staff were friendly and very helpful! The construction in the area is very noisy. The room we had was not the best position as it looked out over the bins. There were no coffee shops open for people who start the day early!

The accommodation was perfect for a concert at the botanic gardens. Two adjoining rooms suited us. Only issue was the oven wasn’t clean - apart from that the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was comfortable and quiet however our stay was spoiled by the attitude of the staff on reception. When we asked for help with public transport they were totally disinterested and there was no information available to us. It would be so much more helpful if the staff were actually trained in customer service.
