Size matters in the CBD! Where size is a rare commodity in the CBD, this place is very spacious with high ceiling and generous large bedrooms with an huge kitchen and living area.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.

Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.

The property was basic, under furnished, in a bad state of repair. In the en-suite the shower door had broken and been replaced with a cheap plastic curtin held up by Cable Ties. (don't try and tell me it was recent..) The 'living room' is too large and under furnished, I felt like I was back at youth camp with everyone sitting around the edge of the mat. The TV is tiny, stuffed in the corner because the Arial cable is too short, the TV in the Bedroom isn't even connected. There was no additional bedding (blankets) .. Melbourne can be cold! The floor mat in the main room is frayed.....and you are constantly reminded that you will be fined or 'have your power/utilities disconnected' if you make too much noise or if you open a Window blind...there were at least 6 loudly coloured messages on the walls. Very disappointing indeed....there is no way I will be back.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location
The apartment is ideally located in the CBD, walking distance to Southern cross station and Vic Markets. There is loads of space in the apartment (plenty for 3 teens and 2 adults), with lots of natural light, except in the 3rd bedroom (which has no windows). Well equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix. The only downside is that a few of the dining chairs are a bit wonky and the couches could do with a clean. Overall would definitely recommend. Would give 4.5 stars if it was an option
