Good location for the CPD, good bar/restaurant in the hotel and lots of options close by. Checkin began at 3pm as advised. Room very clean and quiet, excellent staff in bar/restaurant and reception.
Lobby restrooms were filthy … I actually complained they were so bad. The computer system was broken for multiple hours so I couldn’t check in. I requested a toothbrush at the front desk (in person) as I forgot mine and it took someone almost 90 minutes to bring one to my room.
It was just one thing after another. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Central location, easy check-in and super attentive staff, great amenities and lots of bonuses. The pool has a gorgeous view and makes for a great relax and unwind after a long day. Our new fav staycation spot!
Staff were very welcoming and attentative. We dropped off luggage early at the hotel before check-in opened. Staff later phoned to advise our room was ready ahead of time and already placed our bags in the room. Convenient location close to shopping, food and public transport.
