The front desk staff could be friendlier and more professional. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was good and shuttle service. The breakfast was not so good and a bit pricey. The eating area looks dark and gloomy. The mature latino guy was super unfriendly and unprofessional. The smoking area is right next to the main entrances. The smoking area should be away from the main entrances.

We did a one night stay because of a flight that was canceled. It was very convenient to book a one night stay also having the shuttle to the airport was a plus! Room was a little dated but it served its purpose. There’s a nice little sports bar around the corner that was about 5 min walk which was nice to give us something to do that night.

Upon checkin the lobby was dirty, something was spilled. My checkin process to over 5 mins and even during that time no one came to clean. There were 3 front desk agents and no greeted anyone, on their phone and had no urgency to work. The room was spacious and has potential but it’s outdated

It is a good hotel a little bit expensive per night, you have to pay for the parking 12 dollars for every day you stay. Breakfast and parking It is not include when you do the reservation.

The hotel was not up to basic standards of a rental property or as a safe place to visit an stay. My stay was a inconvenience for me and the staff as i can tell. Since every request I made was met with half ass accommodations to my request. The property is dirty and the room although great in size none of the 3 rooms that i was scuffed to had a proper working tv and the bedding was itchy to say the least. Staff was helpful at certain things but not really helpful for the best. Not to mention made it a hassle at rebooking of my stay since I under booked my stay in the first place. Even though I did go to the front desk to get confirmation about my check out they told me I was OK and I would would need to go through my original third party booking since their rates would higher. So I was charged a late fee and now that I've seen my account it's a deduction I was aware of since I didn't do any thing to the property nor removed any hotel property to incur any penalties since I didn't rebook my reservation fast enough for them so in return for not booking my room in a manner in which they deemed efficient for them. I was asked to leave the property was allowed to sit on the patio to find other accommodations else were. My stay was the worst

The elevators didn't work well while staying there and the stairwell was hard to get into because of the doors. it took a maintenance staff to open it and it was very dark. at one point there was no hot water to shower. The housekeeping from 9 am was banging doors and yelling down the hallway, i guess in attempt to get you out of the room. and by 10 am they were asking me if i checking out. needs cleaning, very dusty and the bed was very very uncomfortable. the towels also smelt like urine.

Front desk picked up phone put me on hold and I from airport to hotel reached they didn’t came back . You can hear them talking . Booked wrong date will not cooperate. They asked to call Expedia and Expedia asked to talk to them . One desk clerk who was helping left me there and other two will not help even the so called supervisor 3 persons on desk . Please never go there . As airport hotel they don’t care

Hardly anyone spoke English. They still haven’t taken the hold off my account. They charged more than it said for laundry. No one answers the phone at front desk to answer questions or for room service. They actually wanted to charge me $40 for a 2 hour late check out. This hotel wasn’t that clean or fresh smelling. I think it’s the hotel was the worst.
