Staff was very kind and helpful. AIRPORT PARKING IS CHEAP. . Very convient with shuttle for airport. Pillows sucked bring one. Limited dining but we went to 305 and gad alot of fun. Great value

The pictures on the website are not what the rooms actually look like and the ones of the building and entrance must be from when it was new. The convenience store or pantry that shows snacks available was basically empty other than some chips. The only warm thing for breakfast was waffles. It is close to the port but that’s the only thing that was actually good about it.

A lot of people hanging around the hotel. Its location is off the main road. Hotel and our room was dark and not well lit. There was only one extremely worn chair in the room in which to sit in, other than on the bed. No luggage rack and hardly any closet space.

This was one of worst hotels I stayed in.the first day I noticed something was wrong when other guest left.the first room we got had roaches and a bad smell.we requested another room we got it this room had a bad smell and when asked about air freshener they said they had none.we eventually had to buy air freshener and paper towels.the toilet was not working we asked for assistance and it was repaired the next day.the breakfast was bland and horrible and limited seating area.we found a radish in our room a few days later .i would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

We had a horrible stay! The telephone wasn’t working, the clock was on the floor, no hand soap, no washcloths, we had to ask the front desk and they said they were out but had hand towels, and those were dirty! Also the whole night we felt like their were some kind of bugs in the bed woke up with lots of bug bites!!! To top everything of we saw roaches in the bathroom!!! Worst stay ever!!!
