Hiding from a Hurricane
We stayed during Hurricane Milton, evacuated from Tampa. Hotel was very clean and check-in was easy. We stayed in the 22nd floor with a view of the beach below. Very nice, but the room was smaller than expected .. but did have a balcony. Bed was comfortable..bathroom was spacious. TV was small. Expect daily parking fee and mandatory Valet. Nice place to hide from a hurricane... As long as it stays 80 miles away.

The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked in the kitchen area. The view was excellent with an overview of the bay and even the ocean. The staff was extremely organized and concerned for our happiness. The beach was convenient and the chairs for the beach were comfortable. The location was perfect with a grocery store and retail and restaurants nearby. Parking was pricey but the valet service was very efficient. We enjoyed our 3 days there.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! We stayed due to Evacuation from Bradenton, FL for hurricane Milton. We arrived around noon, and staff allowed us to check in early once room was ready, which was about an hour later (normal check in is 4pm), without extra charge. Room was spacious and clean, but the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to help is what made our stressful experience so much better. We will definitely stay there again when in the area!

Great place
The hotel is great. The location is very very good, near to the malls and markets. The view from the room is awesome, you can se the bay and the sea. It is very easy to go from hotel to the beach, you don’t need even to go out from hotel, it is already on the beach.

The room was excellent, but the service from the front desk to the waitresses in the restaurants was quite rude and unfriendly. They have to improve the staff because customer service is essential .
