Expedia tried to get the manager to cancel my reservation but he refused to refund me afger showing me a room that was dirty, staind and the floors were coming up.off the floor like their was water damage, i asked for another room and was greeted with the same typed of room, then they hav ethe audacity to want you to.put a credit card on file amd a $200 cash deposit, do not stay here it is soooo dirty

The noise level next door was excessive. Other than that the room was clean, the bed was a bit too hard. Also $100 deposit was way to high Just to spend not more than 4 hours overnight,

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway, which made getting into and out of Miami easy. The hotel was generally clean and in good shape. My gripes are: 1. The toilet was terrible at eliminating waste. They appeared to be using low-flow toilets and it was necessary to flush several times to eliminate the waste. 2. The cable system was glitchy and would occasionalyy freeze.
