Michael, the pool server was AMAZING! I wish some of your front desk staff (specifically the tall young woman with dark hair and glasses) could learn from him. He was polite, fast and works hard and I respect the fact that he is probably on his 70's and that he is a Vietnam veteran, kudos to you for employing people of an older age!

Nice stay for the night
Very nice hotel for the price. Close to the beach with hotel bus (about 5 mins) The pool and spa were well kept. Didn't stay long to us the other services. Very close to shops and restaurants.

The lady at the check in was not friendly at all , the tv screen backlight was not working so half the screen was dark, and the AC didn’t turn on unless you dropped the temp to 64.

I’m not sure how to put it but was not appealing. One elevator broken and the other made a really bad noise. Bathroom shower had two conditioners no shower gel. One small soap for four. Maybe it’s not well cared for. And definitely not value for money.
