firstly, we arrived earlier than expected but were allowed to check in early with no problems. The room itself was very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. All the necessities required for a two night stay were provided plus the bed was made after the first night. (you don't get that very often any more) The location is convenient also as it it was only 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 8 minutes away from outlet shopping. There are plenty of dining options also within walking distance of the Inn. I highly recommend this place

Okay, I understand that the motel wasn't supposed to be the Hilton. Yes, the rooms were very, very clean, but unfortunately, there was a musty smell (possibly caused by people smoking just outside??) apparent on entering the room. My partner and I found the mattress to be very hard. The "breakfast" is nothing more than pre- packaged muffins, Rice Crispy squares, juice. Decent coffee maker in the room. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in way early. It's close to the highway and several restaurants. Wish I could rate it a little higher, but the musty smell??....Suppose we could have asked for another room, but it was only for one night, and we were out all day, and most of the evening. It was okay in a pinch, but I wish I had paid a little more and stayed elsewhere. I believed the high reviews. Sorry folks.
