There are three things I like about this property: free parking, free breakfast and walking distance from Clifton Hill attractions and restaurants. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. What I didn’t like about our stay was our room is across the laundry and housekeeping room and we can hear noises in the middle of the night.

I love staying here never had an issue till this time . I paid extra for a jacuzzi suite but on the same floor was many rioms full of unsupervised teens amd they were screaming well past 11pm , kicking doors and slaming doors . I called the front desk but the noise continued long after 11pm .

All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was amazing 20-30 years ago but has not been taken care of. I’m sure our bed had the original mattress from when the hotel opened! Great location and staff and adequate if you just need a place to sleep.

Property is dated and could use a remodel. The rugs in rooms and hallway are terribly old, Loose and unkept. We had a lot of food on the floor in room upon arrival (grapes, crushed crackers and peanut butter cups). A few bugs were visible so we kept all luggage zipped. The breakfast pool area is adorable and enclosed. This hotel is at the end of the Clifton hill area and in a quieter location than the main drag so that’s a plus. Also they offer free parking and free breakfast which is not the norm in the town and the main reason I chose it. The parking lot is large and the breakfast was wonderful. Assorted bread options with numerous toasters, scrambled eggs and sausage, assorted juices and cereals. Plenty of toppings like peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese and jellies. Coffee and tea stay out all day. Walkable to the falls but closer to rainbow bridge and American falls. Maybe 15 minutes down a steep road and even further maybe 25-30 minutes to the horseshoe falls.

This place is ok. Nothing really stands out as excellent but nothing was too bad either. Prices are decent expect the weekend that's not cool I can't pay more than it's worth. Upon expending my stay I realized they're too concerned about making money and less about how I feel.

My overall stay wasn’t what we thought. For the price we paid for two nights for a family room is ridiculous. The rooms are super out dated, very dark, our room fridge didn’t work and when we stay we were given a family suit facing the main hallway with 3 little kids. It was super loud and we requested a family suit with a balcony facing the pool where our kids can walk around and they couldn’t accommodate us at all. the breakfast also has minimal selection. Our hotel room wasn’t even clean at all. I pulled the comforter, and there were water bottles around the bed. That’s how you know that the housekeeper didn’t clean the room properly when we checked in.
