Front desk is friendly and professional to talk with during and after our stay. The only reason we are not completely satisfied with the room that was assigned to us. I requested on my booking to give us a renovated unit not the old looking one. To our surprise we ended up getting the old unit with overlooking the roof of the next building.

This property is maintained. The service was awesome. Breakfast buffet needs little help, food quality was good but bigger selection, and needs bacon🙂. The rooms are clean but dated. This is not a sleek modern stay but rather a clean, affordable, excellant service option just off Clifton Hill.

Great price. We loved the location. Within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and excursions on Clifton Hill. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were great and allowed us to check in early. Only downside - there were several hockey tournaments in town that weekend so the hotel was very busy and the pool was so cold!! It needs to be heated.
