I spoke to the manager directly the day before my arrival and she was able to accommodate my early arrival so I could settle in before the wedding I was attending at 4pm. The Inn is lovely and my room was clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and spacious. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Did not like the spa. Room and entire hotel very dark. You had to get in your car and drive for breakfast. Restaurant on site was not open for breakfast. Liked the fridge microwave and coffee maker. Price was good

The hotel itself was unique. The room was very nice. There was an excellent restaurant at the hotel and plenty of eating around there. It was close to all the attractions yet far enough away to be away from all the heavy tourist areas. Well worth the money.

Beautiful historic building with rooms to match. Excellent onsite restaurant (lunch & dinner. Great diner breakfast across the road. Pretty 25 minute drive to theatre at Niagara-on-the-lake. Definitely will ho back.

Didn’t really see staff the location was convenient the adjoining restaurant was terrific. Room was clean better for our second night. Coffee pot still had pod in it when we arrived and needed dusting.
