The property had just been renovated so everything was new and in great shape, The lobby had nothing in it because they were still waiting on the furnishings but that was no concern to us. plenty of restaurants nearby with in walking distance. The view from our room was phenomenal. We had a front row view of the falls, which was spectacular at night with the light show and the nightly fireworks display. It only has six floors but they start at floor 25 to 30, so you are as high up as the other hotels next to it. We were on floor 30 and the elevators only go to the 29th floor and then you have to take a smaller elevator to the 30th floor. Seemed to be an old style elevator that you had to hold the up or down button while moving and there was no elevator door as you went up. That's right you could see the wall, you could touch the wall and unfortunately people have scratched their names and initials on it. We all thought this elevator added to the funnes of this Hotel, minus the graffiti.

Fantastic views from 29th floor on horseshoe falls from our room, restaurant at night view was amazing and fireworks great. Off site parking was easy to get to with regular shuttle service provided and central enough to all amenities. Loved our mini moon to Niagara.
