Book Ogikubo hotels

Booked a room with a private onsen bath and it was perfect! As enjoyable and serene as I imagined it would be!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the hot spring!

We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs.

Good place, good location and close to everything.

We stayed two nights in a Japanese room with private open-air bath. It was fantastic. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. We had dinner and breakfast included - these meals may be challenging for western tastes but if you're feeling adventurous, go for it! Unfortunately the public bath was closed when we visited so I cannot comment on this.

Our stay here was amazing. This hotel has set the standard for all other hotels in Japan. With the kindest staff and attention to detail goes unmatched. My family and I didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a great stay Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa!
