Good location, furniture in room is old and tatty and needs replacing. Frustrating not being able to post drinks etc at the pool to our room. Had to use credit card or cash !!!!

We liked that they hosted a happy hour with free wine and beer. It's always a nice touch. However, very loud with music and a younger clientele that enjoy partying. Also, front desk NEVER answers the phone before checking in. There were a couple concerns we wanted to be sure to work out before arriving and no answer. To reach them is nearly impossible and because of this will not try again too soon.

My room was not what I was expecting, also the air conditioner was making a lot of noise like a airplane inside of the room and the room temperature was not cool enough.Do not have microwave in the room. Pillow and bed was not very comfortable neither.

First Time Visitors.
We picked Melia because of its proximity to Celebration Hospital. Having had not stayed there before and we were very pleasantly surprised by the facility. The rooms, service, and friendliness were excellent. Although we were not able to use all the amenities everything looked great.

This is my second time staying at Melia and won’t be my last. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. To access any part of the hotel you need to be a guest with a card so all doors are locked which makes you feel safe weather you’re there solo or with friends. The food is good, pool is very nice and is close to all theme parks

Stayed here for a week with my dog, toddler and husband. A very dog friendly hotel, our dog was accepted everywhere. A nice dog park which my dog loved. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Family friendly hotel! The restaurant has good food too! I definitely recommend!

The staff at this hotel are just so-so...so, so awesome that is! Evacuated there during hurricane Militon and all the staff had a ton of extra work to do which they did cheerfully while keeping the gusts continuously updated and doing their best in the toughest of situations. This is one dang good crew!
