FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Clean and Centrally located

This property was very clean upon arrival. Centrally located from all the attractions. You can get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. We loved the open layout of the common spaces. We decided to not heat the pool and that wasn’t an issue seeing it was 80-90 our entire stay. It was quite warm on its own. Great for a family to spread out. Expect to hear neighbors since you are sharing walls. We didn’t use any of the amenities on property. It was full of kids and families each day. We spent our time in our pool which was just fine for us.

We loved Storey Lake

Storey Lake was awesome, with waterides for the kids, it’s lazy river, putt putt, and the bar with daily specials. It was just great. Location was good too, very close to Disney. What wasn’t so fun was the construction going on and ants in the house, not to mention the tiny pool at the house itself, so small that no one used it. It should be more like a hot tub, and to think we paid extra to have the water heated. It really was a waste of money. It’s really even too small for two kids to play in.

Great room and comfort

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Beds and rooms good. Bathrooms good. Kitchen and living space good. We really did not cook. Coffee maker used cone filters and we made non-cone ones work. Plenty of bath towels, did not see pool towels. Once we figured out the gated access all went smooth. Parking was good in front of property. (The lazy river and bigger pool are outside the gated area in a different gated area. The putt putt golf is there with an extra cost.) We had a splash pool at the condo but the heater did not work and we were not willing to use 73 degree water so just looked at it and dipped feet it briefly. The property was quiet. It is 5 minutes or less to Publix or Wal-Mart for groceries. It is about 5-8 minutes to Denny's, McDonald's, or Waffle House and other restaurants and mini golf. If you go east on Osceola Parkway you hit a toll before any services. If you go west and take 535 to places you have no toll. We went to Universal Studios on S. Apopka Vineland Rd and avoided any traffic issues on highway 4. Loved having plenty of beds and bathrooms for a good price.
