Stayed 2 night with partner and toddler. Room was clean, and large enough for a toddler to run around. AC was working perfectly, but during the night it got a bit dry in the room.
Loaded up Netflix account on TV in seconds and we were off to Adventure Bay to chill with paw patrol.
No room service late night desserts required a walk to the lobby restaurant to grab food to bring back to room.
Did the lobby restaurant breakfast buffet twice. Cost about mid $40 for two adults if you throw in a tip. The food was pretty good for the money and kids under 4 were free with paying adults. Totally worth it. Scrambled eggs (bulk style), sausage, bacon, ham, waffles or pancakes (must rotate daily), a couple different types of fruit and veggies, cereal boxes, muffins and croissants. The selection was pretty varied. I did eat at 8am, so I don't know how well the buffet gets restocked through breakfast service. Coffee that came with buffet was strong and bitter. Probably should have paid extra for the Starbucks coffee the restaurant makes.
Pool was decent temperature and on the top floor. Honestly the only dirty thing in the hotel was the rim of tiles above the waterline in the pool. It was brown, and people have literally carved words like "gross" both in English and French in it. So I have no clue if that it ever gets cleaned. But the hot tub was clean so someone is clearly dropping the ball on the cleaning job here. Chlorine levels in pool were high.
Parking was underground.
