A little concerned about the very open drug use and homelessness around the property. Did not feel safe at times when I had to walk back to the hotel alone at night.

This property is very close to the Rideau Centre Mall and the Byward Market. You can walk everywhere. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Germain hotels... Not worth the hype
C'était bien mais not worth the hype! Le service laissait à desiré ce qui est très décevant pour un hôtel Germain.... Difficile d'obtenir toute l'information et les indications nécessaires... Malgré que nous ayons payé le stationnement (parce que oui le stationnementetait un extra en plus), il était plein à notre retour le samedi soir donc l'auto est restée sur le bord de la rue ... impossible de savoir à quelle heure l'auto a été rentrée dans le stationnement par le valet mais nous avons dû tout de même payer la nuit de stationnement ! L'hôtel est situé devant une genre de maison d'aide aux itinérants donc difficile de s'y sentir à l'aise disons... La pièce pour la toilette était plus petite que certaines toilettes d'avion... aucune tablette non plus donc difficile de deposer les necessaires quelque part d'autre que parterre lorsque nous allons au toilette! Aucune piscine ni spa non plus contrairement à plusieurs hotel comparables dans le secteur au même prix... Hôtel très propre par contre et haute gamme mais ne vaut vraiment pas le prix demandé pour ce qu'ils offrent...
