The hotel was amazing! The staff, the cleanliness, the dining were great. The food is a bit pricey but worth it. The area around the property is a bit odd. The sidewalks seem uneven, but I think that's an Ottawa issue. Maybe some of the businesses can get together and ask the city to fix them. The location is very convenient. Close to transportation and lots of attractions such as the Parliament buildings and the Rideau Centre.

Really liked being able to check in early and out late if necessary. Very close to our needs. Did not like that the pool was non functional (for at least two years) even though it is advertised on the web site.

Consistently Wonderful Stays at Sheraton!
This Sheraton excelled at cleanliness and customer service. The King room was ginormous! Very comfortable. Note that if a guest is sound-sensitive, ask for a room away from the hotel's outside ductwork...it's above-average noisy.
