Friendly staff and accessibility to airport and public transport.

Great service, checked us in early (we were just going to drop our bags) complimentary late check out & bday card & bubbles.for hubbie's birthday. Nice touch. Bed was big & comfortable. Shower had a few cracked tiles & water pressure from shower head could be improved. Enjoyed our stay, good customer service

This was a really relaxed and easy stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful! The room was lovely and we had a really positive experience. I was a little dubious after staying at another hotel in Auckland a year ago and it being substandard - but Rydges absolutely made up for that and stood out as being top quality! :o)

Very central to the CBD and very affordable.

It was overall of a good standard. Room nice, Customer service excellent. Checking in easy, Shuttle bus good, and bar and restaurant excellent Value good. Happy to reccommend.
