We called ahead for dinner reservations at the Chop House and were told they only take walk ins. When we arrived they were totally booked with reservations leaving us no dinner before the show. Dennys snd Cucas were not an option for us. The room was dirty on arrival with ashes and dirty towels on the floor. The pillows smelled disgusting. We checked out early and left.

Mold in the bathroom, no trash can, no lighting in the bathroom, rude personnel at check in. Plus a resort fee? For what? Has a pool but closed. The worst “resort” I’ve ever been to!

There was black mold in the shower and a dead cockroach in the elevator. I tried asking for the manager and was told he didn’t come in until 10:00 this morning so I tried calling twice and still no response.

The room was dirty - a piece of rotted fruit between bed and night stand, sunflower seed shells on floor. A/C unit was very noisy. No pool closed - what is the resort fee for?

Great Concert, ZZ TOP!!!
First impression of the property was not great as there was NO Parking available. Next scene that wasn't that pleasant was a piece of the wall was coming apart and left a fairly large hole in the wall and that was right above the hallway leading to the elevators. The elevators were also quite a walk and distance from the front desk. Once we found the room, everything seemed to go well. Keys worked every time which is way better than a place we stayed at last month. The room was a good size. The furniture was really old but cozy. Only 2 pillows on a king size bed is not enough, should have been 4 pillows. The AC was a bit loud but worked very well. the view wasn't bad either. The elevators were quick and smooth and quiet. Drinks at the event (ZZ Top concert) were ridiculous, 10 bucks for 2 sodas, DAMN!!!! Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thanks.

We went to go see ZZ Top we got a room to stay. There was about five different couples that went to the ckncert ànd had rooms. We tried to go to the bar but we couldn't get service at the bar wirh the tree. The sports bar had no Bartender, remember concert and fill house. The only way to get a drink was to go to the little convenience store and buy a drink there, so what am I gambling for I don't get comps any drinks and I have to go buy my drinks for 11 dollars a beer ! The room was dirty our floor smelled like weed badly it was an awful experience! The bed had black stuff in the sheats, and was lopsided awful!

Great start. Long line at check in was efficient and fast. Room was as expected, except a/c didn’t work. Called maintenance at 5ish who said they would be right there. Never happened. Had a concert to go to and they called @710, right before showtime, to say they were on their way. After the show and some ok food, got to the room and still not working barony desk was very accommodating, changing my room, but still a major pain as I had to repack, go to front for new keys and make 2 trips between rooms. Add that the place is so dilapidated that I’ve stayed in nicer Motel 6’s, I won’t be back

Very dated rooms but fine for an overnight stay. I haven't stayed here for years and everything looks the same or worse. I guess our poor economy since Covid has really taken a toll on the the area. Sad because it was really a fun place when it originally opened. Although under staffed, the workers were very friendly and helpful.
