Horrible, nothing open, no place to eat except Denny's which only had "one cook". 45 min wait. Hotel is falling apart. So sad this should be a money maker due to location. For so many years this place was packed. nothing for kids to do, arcade machines mostly broken, coaster down. Sleeping room furniture was older than I am (upper 50's). I think I saw the furniture in my great grammas house. only saving grace beds were extremely comfortable. Put a little bit of money into these properties they will thrive again. Or sell it and let someone else make this an awesome place again . I happen to work for a large hotel chain, so I know what I'm talking about.

Walked in after looking online. Rate was higher, had to reserve online then go in. Got keys to room, none of the keys worked, and door was ajar when we got to it. When I went back down to front desk, receptionist wasn’t the most understanding or pleasant. Got another room. Dennys restaurant was not busy, but took awhile to get food. Was good when we finally got it.

Just shut the doors.
This is not a place i would ever stay again all staff is unfriendly, the ac unit fell apart in the middle of the night and the whole resort was closed pool closed rides closed and half arcade games were broken.

I am pretty sure people have been checked into prisons by more happy people. We knew when we booked our night at Buffalo Bills, we were booking mediocrity and the hotel did not disappoint. Completely mediocre.
