OK hotel im beautiful setting. Unfortuately, I was not notified reception closes early and dod not receive check in instructions. It took a fair bit of effort to get someone on the phone to provide a code for the safe to retrieve my room keys. The person was very friendly but after a long journey, this is not what you need.

Rooms were dirty and smell. Raised issues and were moved to another room and it was the same. So much human hair on the floors, almost like they don’t know what a vacuum is. Rooms are damaged, and very disappointing. View is not as advertised either. Very poor.

Disappointed there was no heating or cooling options. Heat pump was faulty, called desk and told they would try fix it. No response at all. Room was stuffy and cold. Unlikely to go back. Disappointed compared to previous visit.

Definitely need a more competent, attentive receptionists. Next door sneaked in a dog, and no action taken. Two members busy chatting even in the presence of a customer. And one European female not a competent English speaker having a hard time performing her duties.
