Great location near Mt Rose ski area and close to Reno shopping. Very convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Nice parking, room and casino.

First trip to Reno. Property was nice, convenient to the airport and I felt safe. Ordered room service which was quick and delicious.

The staff at the resort were amazing - at checkin, restaurants, bars. The cashier at the buffet let me wander in and checkout their food options so I could decide if I wanted to eat there. I didn’t eat there this time but I will in the future. Room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that I couldn’t seem to get the room warm enough for me to be really comfortable sleeping. It was like the heater would only warm up the room to 70 and then the air coming out of the heater turned cold. I eventually went to my car and got a blanket that I keep in it. Plenty of hot water in the shower. But, when I first turned the shower on the water came out brown (rusty). It was fine after a minute or so. The hotel sent me checkin and checkout emails but they arrived very late - too late to be of use to me. I had already checked in hours before I received the checkin email. In addition, I received the checkout instructions via email at 4pm in the afternoon - checkout is noon and I left the hotel at 10:30 am. I hope the were aware I was gone and didn’t think I was still there at 4pm. Otherwise, a nice stay and I will stay there again.

The kids love it here. I would say the pool water could use a Cleaning but other than that they baby people the property well. Love that both the kids and the adults can have a good time here.
