Bathroom floor was very dirty. The couch looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. Carpet didn’t look clean either. Overall probably not going to stay here again

I upgraded my room so that we could get a rollaway as we had five people and the room I had reserved couldn't fit a rollaway. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. I was told the upgraded room had two couches that could be turned into beds- when I heard this I assumed that they folded out and had bedding to make them up with, when i called down the girl said she told me they could be slept on! And they did not fold out. We had to beg for bedding. When i complained she said well i didnt charge you for the rollaway, i said if i knew i would be asking my family to sleep on couches i woumd have stayed in the smaller room and bought an air mattress and saved money. The hot tub was empty and the pool closed at 7 pm which was inconvenient. A perk to a pool was doing sightseeing and other outdoor things and then coming back for an evening swim to cool off. I was there during the weekday and when we were gaming we had to hunt for a waitresses for a glass of wine. We had Valed the car during our trip because some religious nut job was yelling at my sister and 13 yo autistic daughter about sin and such which totally freaked her out, the moring we were checking out Aug 28 the tool behing the valet glass was going at a snails pace and when he asked for the stub and reciept we were puzzled because not once were we asked to show the receipt during our coming and going. The couple before us was very rude but for him to then take it out on us was deplorable. There wont be a next time! I could add more

We left on Saturday for plans with family and when we came back there was absolutely no place for us to park due to all of the clubs. There should be designated parking for hotel guests only.
