No phone in room and scan thing did not work . I had to carry suitcases to pick up car . Could not find the spa aand pool was closed . The smorage restrantant was gone . Nothing to eat for supper - the fish thing was not open . Last year covid thing kept us from going for aniversary - 1st one we missed in 25 years . I guess it iss stay in California next year .

Got an amazing deal on a beautiful suite for such low amount of money. However, the room didn’t have a window, which was weird and I would not stay in it again because of that. It felt very dark and closed off. The casino and restaurants are good. A lot of them aren’t open during the week or close early. I’m not a huge fan of Reno, but if you are, this hotel is really centrally located, which is great.

Everything was in place. The housekeeping is excellent. The parking, the signs, the security and the cleanliness. The staff is very attentive, thank you Eldorado in Reno, we'll be back for sure.

Front desk staff could benefit from personality enhancements, like acting happy to see us and offering to do more than the least they could. And the valet denied us the use of a luggage cart when i said i was parking my own car. We're older and it would have made getting 4 bags to our room a lot easier. I appreciate a good hustle as much as anyone, if that's what that was. If it is hotel policy it was not appreciated a bit. We showed our appreciation by having dinner outside the hotel. I'm guessing their red carpet was at the cleaners.

We reserved a room with a King bed over a month in advance and when we checked in we were told there were none available so we had to take a room with two full beds. The hotel employee was rude when I complained about my accommodations. The bathroom was very small and the lighting in there as bad. There was no additional mirror other than the one in the bathroom.
