The hotel itself was average—the room was very dark and had to compensate for that darkness with three different lamps. The walls were very thin and you could literally hear everything your room neighbor was doing or saying. The staff were helpful and friendly and I appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant on site was okay, my partner couldn’t eat because his dish tasted off but they resolved the issue for us which we appreciated. It’s a good place to stay for a few days if you need a place to sleep but if you want a quality stay to enjoy multiple amenities, etc, you should look into a different hotel.

I have stayed at various other hotels and always book a king bed however when I arrived to my room the bed was more queen or full sized I have two little boys so the bed was crowded. Walls super thin could hear people from other rooms and was kept up during the night

The hotel is very nice, my only concerned was one of the front desk staff name Manyvahn was very rude. And the sad part when I reported the incident to the management I didn’t even get any respond about. It only means that management doesn’t care and not being sympathetic of what happened. I guess this hotel only choice a guest who they give their concern and since I am Asian with an accent the management don’t care of how one of their front desk agent is being rude
