Clean and great view. Our room was charged at the restaraunt by unknown guests that we were expected to pay. Even after showing that we were off the property participating in an activity in Miami. We also weren't aware of the resort fee that we weren't charged until checkout versus checkin.

Amazing stay
Such an easy check in and close parking. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. Great restaurant and great rooms with a nice patio. The hotel is also close to so many great restaurants and a short drive to the piers.

Got charged for every single thing. You room accommodates 4. You have to pay extra for more than 2 in the room. My tub had hair in it. Stayed another night in a different room my comforter had hair on it. Costumer service not the friendliest. Upcharge left and right.

Beachcomber is the Best
After our TampaBay Reservation was canceled at the last minute due to Hurricane Helene destruction. We were able to book with Beachcomber and it is absolutely the BEST place to be in Pompano Beach. Inviting, clean, staff is super friendly and everything can is available right there.

This is a 3 star resort AT BEST. Extremely dirty and falling apart. Basically just smeared some paint on decay. People are kind, but the food is also terrible.

Great stay at this resort! The private beach is really beautiful and convenient, literally right downstairs. They provide towels, sunscreens, and iced water. The umbrella and chairs are also provided, just ask the staff! Everyone is friendly and professional here.

I've been staying at this hotel for my birthday celebrations every year since 2019, but my last visit was a huge disappointment. It seems like they may have changed management. The room looked newly remodeled, but they didn't touch the bathroom—it was old and dirty, something I'd expect from a rundown roadside motel, not an oceanfront hotel. It's baffling to see them renovate the room without addressing the bathroom. The AC was also problematic; the room stayed uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, there was no microwave, and when I asked about it, I was told I'd need to pay an extra $10. Apparently, some rooms have microwaves while others don't, which seems unreasonable for what I was paying for an oceanfront room. The TV was outdated and didn’t support YouTube or Netflix. I opted out of room service, but whenever I requested supplies, I was met with rude attitudes from the staff. Even when simply walking around the hotel, there was no acknowledgment or courtesy from anyone. The two queen beds in my room both had damaged blankets, and when I asked for replacements, I received one that looked like it was from a hospital—hardly the quality I'd expect given the high price of this hotel. Overall, it was a very expensive stay with far too many deficiencies. I won’t be coming back, as I've already found a much better hotel for my next visit.

We had to purchase a sound spa and ear plugs just to sleep in our room. This was the loudest resort I’ve ever been in. We requested to have our room moved, and the staff told us they couldn’t have a room cleaned for us even if we covered the additional fee for the new room. We were woken up literally ALL night long. The majority of the time it was the hotels own staff screaming in the halls. Room 105 is across from the towel cart, the exterior door, the elevator and ice machine. If you are placed in this room or on the first floor for that matter, run. We’d have stayed anywhere else but everywhere was full from the hurricane. On top of being too loud to actually sleep, our were was FILTHY. We woke up with swollen eyes and had to buy allergy meds from the filth in this room. I have photos. And to top it off we have multiple unauthorized charges on our card from the hotel after paying Expedia directly. I now Have to dispute them with my bank. Stay anywhere else.
