First time at the property and I loved it! Definitely would stay here again great customer service and beautiful rooms.

Staff was exceptional. Seriously every staff made sure we had great time in the hotel. I've not seen this before in any other stay. All of them were good, some of them I remember the names are Yassar, Hareed, Sasikumar (help with huge luggages), Keith, Hamid. Janeth, Erika and all Happy hour team. Since the hotel is in downtown, its very near to Burj, Museum, Frame etc.

Clean and beautiful property overall. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Very convenient location. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Food in room service was delicious and one must try the breakfast buffet.

I love the way the staffs deal with guests. All of them were to helpful and very active.. specially Manish and i forgot other few 🙏🙏

Our stay at the Sofitel Dubai Palm was amazing. The staff and facilities were fantastic and if we were looking for a chilled beach holiday we would definitely come back here. The only negative we had was that outside of the hotel there is nothing to do on an evening. This is the same for all resorts on the Palm so isn’t against the Sofitel. We had a young child so getting taxis into the Marina etc at night was not great as she would be tired and moany. If you had slightly older children or were a couple then the taxi was only 15-20 minutes into the marina if you fancied a change of scenery
