Incredible experience with clean huts and hot water springs

The property was absolutely beautiful.

I would give this the Lost Iguana 6 stars. From the moment we got there (yes it’s a 3 hour drive from Liberia) but it’s gorgeous. The rooms, the staff, the garden oasis, views of the jungle, restaurant and pool are all amazing. Calling out Jordan, Damian, and the bartenders for being so great. We stayed three nights. Nearby attractions include Mystic Bridges and within 30 minutes drive was La Fortuna and many hot springs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking (on-site) is monitored as are the grounds which provided a good sense of security. The property was immaculately maintained in terms of landscaping and cleanliness. The included breakfast buffet was plentiful and clean. Our room was clean, but we did not find the bed to be all that comfortable (it was a bit too hard). The room service took extra time and attention to fold our pool towels into a beautiful design, which was an unexpected and appreciated touch! We were a little underwhelmed with the buffer dinner option at the Pyramid restaurant and did not try the Italian restaurant on site. The pools were clean and not very crowded! We also had a great time at the spa (massage and facial) with prompt service and therapists who went the extra mile to help us have a relaxing experience!

They were very helpful with me arranging rides for taxis. Food and service were great. The grounds are beautiful if you are into plants.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were fantastic and kept my three year old entertained constantly.
