Great location for exploring the blue mountains. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.

Loved the added extra of the e-bikes, we really enjoyed them. Staff were really friendly and I would highly recommend.

Been here twice for work and the standard of comfort and cleanliness hasn’t changed. Will come back again.

The remoteness is not in anyway a comment on the great hospitality experienced front the entire Mercure staff. This was my home away from home for almost 4weeks and I greatly enjoyed my stay. The room was a key reason for selecting; the hotel over a closer I is offering; very spacious with a huge wardrobe, big bathroom and walk in shower. The room also had a sink, cups (only recommendation is to include washing liquid) kettle, cutlery and a microwave, (however inline with the notices, probably not a good idea to use the. Microwave unless truly desperate) . The remoteness I referred to has a knock on impact that it's a long way to the nearest station plus you will need to factor in travel costs to and from the hotel. If you don't mi do the occasional walk like myself it's a nice 35 minute stroll in good sunshine. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my Mercure Hotel experience.

Only negative was the wasp nest on the doorway to the courtyard outside my room
