Handy location Bathroom / Room Dirty I had to wipe dirty fingerprints from light switches and bathroom tap When checkout is 10am housekeeping bashing on the door at 9am and then proceeding to open the door whilst Iam YELLING “I’m having a shower” is not the go ! For the rate charged I expected better

Very convenient with location to Motorsport park… however the bathroom door was see through glass especially in a big share room. And tv wasn’t working properly as the batteries I found exploded in the remote and tv wasn’t a smart tv. Even the ibis budget hotels have smart TV’s

While the free parking was great, it is not undercover and well away from the entrance so getting back thru pouring rain was a bit struggle. Lovely, helpful staff and we had a track day so hotel was perfect being so close. The bar/grill restuarant had great food with prompt service as not very busy and that was connected to the hotel so simple to get to and from.

The overall cleanliness and room service was terrible and they said it’s due to public holidays that was not acceptable at all as people travel when it’s public holidays. The breakfast was nothing. But we talked to manager and she followed it up and and asked the room service staff to fix the issues, she called us later and apologized for what we experienced.

Generally very nice place with decent gym and pool. Room was very clean when we arrive, and the parking place is very convenient. Room cleaning service, however, was somewhat inconvenient with irregular times and quality. Did not clean toilet before asking during our 2 weeks staying. Sometimes only offered one large towel eventhough we were two of us. But all of the problems were promptly fixed when we asked to the reception. Very satisfied with them.
