Great location, but needs updating

I will give the view a 5 star, it's absolutely beautiful. We watched the dolphins come in the bay and near the dock everyday. I'll give the condo a 3.5. It's very cute but needs a some updating. The kitchen needs to be gone through, used and unused dry foods need to be thrown out; new set of pots and pans, kniveskitchen cabinets

Nice place. Small but good for a couple. Couch isn't most comfortable but useable. Excellent view of lagoon and some of the Gulf of America.Close to beach and many good restaurants.

Gulf View

Pros: Amazing water view of the gulf. Responsive host. 4-7 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, etc. Possible Con: Construction/Clean up clean up crew a few streets away, but I barely heard it and it was during the day time. The washer and dryer is inside a room on the balcony so there is some oxidation due to the beach salty air but it worked okay for me. I enjoyed my stay.

Awesome view of the inter coastal waterway

Perfect for a couple stay. Great sunrise views on front porch and back porch sunset views. Kitchen has all the amenities and has a washer dryer on back porch closet which keeps the heat out of the condo! Would definitely stay here again in this unit. Second stay at Dockside. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, etc.

Great location with perfect view of dolphins in the bay!

My wife and I stayed in Dockside 606 the week of Memorial Day and would absolutely book again. Comfy place perfect for a couple; washer dryer and very good A/C. But the real winner with this place is the location for the money. Easy walk to the beach and all the shops & restaurants - no need to Uber home from the bar! And the bay view from the balcony is AMAZING! You can sit on this balcony and relax any time of day because it has shade and breeze - we loved watching the dolphins fishing for food every day out in the bay.

Great stay!

Very enjoyable stay at Dockside condos. Was skeptical at being on 6th floor but it was well worth it. Morning and evening views were just beautiful looking out over bay. Condo was perfect for the two of us, liked having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Shared pool area needs more chairs.

Needs updating

There a quite a few things that need to be updated. Poor lighting. Lamp in bedroom dim. Hall light bulb out. Beach towels worn and should be replaced. Same with beach chairs. No dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen. Refrigerator door ice machine/water does not work. Coffee pot for one person. Only 5 hangers in the closet. Ceiling paint outside the bathroom peeling. Table to eat very small. Outside chair weights torn and leaking sand. Could use a more thorough cleaning
