Unit 311 is a newly renovated condo with relaxing waterway views, high ceilings, and modern finishes and is directly across the street from the beautiful sands of Madeira Beach via a crosswalk. The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath and views of the water. There's an L-shaped walkout balcony that wraps from the master bedroom to the living room. From the balcony, you can sit, relax, enjoy the wonderful Florida weather, and watch boats come and go. The building features a 6th-floor workout room with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico. On the property, there is also a hot tub and heated pool.
Kitchen: Beautifully renovated kitchen is light and airy, has stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Living Room: The living room has high ceilings, a pull-out Queen sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, a TV, a ceiling fan, and large sliding doors to the L-shaped balcony overlooking the waterway.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a master closet, an en-suite bathroom, and balcony access with relaxing water views.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The renovated master bath has modern finishes with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Renovated bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer, single vanity, and walk-in shower. No tub.
Outdoor Amenities: Heated pool and shared grills on site.
*Elevator on property! This unit is in building II on the 3rd floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. There is no guest parking.

This unit is located in an ideal area in the beautiful town of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, and boat cruises including sunset, dolphin, and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water and they are all within walking distance from this condo! The Mad Bay Fish House is a delicious waterfront restaurant for lunch or dinner and is just steps away. World-famous John's Pass Boardwalk and Fishing Village is only a three-minute walk away and features waterfront restaurants, Sculley's, a large Tiki bar, a brewery, watersport rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops, and animal encounters.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
