Love the Alt! Quiet and a short minute walk to the train. The rooms are really quiet, the bed super comfy. Great casual vibe:) best hotel at Pearson in my Opinion :)

Convenience plus!
This hotel is a great option if you need to overnight at YYZ for a connecting flight. Accessible by tram directly from T1 and T3, it is extremely convenient compared to waiting for a shuttle for other nearby hotels. The hotel modern, clean, and quiet.

Charged twice for the same room in error and still waiting for refund after one week. When I phoned to express my concern Manager said charged in error but need to wait 5-10 days for refund. No apology by Manager and aggressive in his response which was unacceptable!
