Front desk lady was acting like she was unhappy with customer's presence. Expedia helped me book with breakfast included but the lady said they never did that. My wife and kid couldn't swim because pool was cold compared to our biweekly trips to pool water temperature at various other hotels around.

We payed for a queen room but the beds were more like doubles. Then we noticed a dirty pop can behind our sofa chair, as well as a splatter mark on the wall. We told the front desk as well as house keeping. No one removed the can and we were told that the splatter was permanent. I tried to clean it and it went away. Also the pool is more of a polar dip!! Good thing there is a hot tub. Convenient location, but cleanliness is questionable. Also check the hotel website before booking through Expedia- their price was more expensive that Best Western!

Shuttle bus comes every 45 minutes maybe: and when it does come be prepared for the driver to not stop at the designated area we were told to be at and not come back for an additional 45 minutes after a long flight with kids. My wife flagged him down as he was rolling past the stop area and just shook his finger at her and kept going. Never stay here again. Holiday in bus came past four times in the same time period. I’d stay there instead.

The property is a standard hotel that was adequate but nothing special. The rooms are a little dark and dated, but the bed and shower were both great. It seems to be maintained well and having breakfast and a restaurant open late were both convenient for my stay. The gym was small and the single treadmill was out of order.

One night transit stop

Check-in service was terrible, 2 staff at the lobby check-in counter did not greet or acknowledge our presence at all, just looked at us and continued working the phone and computer. No hello, just a moment please or will be with you in a moment, just absolute ignorance of our presence, and the lobby was not even busy. Just plain bad manners.
