Hotel under construction yet we were there for a hockey tournament. Staff got mad as kids in halls but nowhere else for them. No compensation but rather they offered free coffee and popcorn…like that makes it all ok. And then they charge extra for parking knowing we are getting less value for what we paid for!

The shuttles run every 30 minutes. Due to construction the check-in was located in a hall way. The room was clean. There were several restaurants near by. I would stay hrreagai .

Great stay and absolutely incredible staff. Parth was incredibly helpful and courteous. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us out. Would definitely book again here just based on his excellent service.

The room was very old, very small. Wallpaper coming apart staff not helpful or friendly. Extra charges on the bill. City taxes parking 25.00 just for overnight. Very expensive food and coffee. I will not stay there again

No breakfast available because on construction they said when we got there. Nothing on the web site about the construction!! But the thing that was extremely disappointing was the $25 charge for parking overnight. We will not return because of that blatant cash grab that was, again, not mentioned on the web. Also the “Lemongrass” body wash in the shower was overpowering !
