All the staff were very nice and welcoming! Payment was also super easy..I even had to extend my stay and there was no problem. :) Free breakfast, 24/7gym, 830am-10pm pool&hot tub.

This hotel was close to the airport and had free shuttles to and from there. The hotel seemed pretty decent at first glance. The rooms had comfortable beds and it was relatively quiet even with a lot of airport transit guests and a coach full of kids staying there. But we noticed stuff in the room that looked a little dirty and old. Chipped paint, missing tiles in the bathroom, a stain on one of our towels. They also didn’t make our room. We were staying two nights. I asked for a set to clean towels and when they didn’t bring enough I asked for more. Instead the guy just left and never came back. There was also a lot of uncollected trash outside some of the rooms. They didn’t grab them until housekeeping did late mornings. Also the shuttle from the airport missed picking us up. I called them and they said we needed to wait 25 mins. 40 mins passed and I called them back and they told me a double tree driver would pick us up instead. How was I supposed to know that?? Thank goodness I called them! Overall it was a stay that was decent but disappointing.

We stayed overnight to catch a connecting flight. The hotel was good, clean and quiet. Rooms are well-equipped with a microwave and mini fridge but there was no bottled water which is always annoying and there is really no walking space in the room. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was a bit cramped with 4 suitcases. Also, we waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. I didnt realize that I had to call once we landed and also had to pre-book our return shuttle at the front desk. It isnt just a load and go. Id stay here again now that I know this but it was tiring after a long flight with 2 kids waiting over an hour at the airport. Beds are super comfy.

It’s 15 mins from the airport. It has free shuttle service to and fro from the airport. It’s very convenient for us.
