My bed was used and dirty when i went into my room. There were eyelashes under the pillows. It was absolutely disgusting! it looks like they made the bed but didn’t put clean sheets on! There was marks and stains all over the blankets and sheets. I will never be going here again!

This is a great hotel, can’t beat the value. Location has all food options close by. Staff super courteous. All was clean and so comfortable, even the bed.

We chose this property for its closeness to Pearson airport. However, there were many properties close to Pearson Airport. This one stood out because it was one of the only that had a large water slide. Upon check-in, we were given pool hours, so my kids were looking so forward to going to the waterslide. When we arrived, it was closed and found out It it has actually been closed for approximately a year. This is something that should be stated on the Hotel website. We also found out we were not the only people to say this, but it appears nothing has been done to repair it so that was quite unfortunate.
