The hotel was great very clean and the rooms were renovated. The staff was very nice. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport that runs 24hrs and it was great. The driver was very friendly even picking us up at 3:30 am.

My TV had no remote. I called guest services 3 times and was put on hold each time and no one ever came on the line to assist. My room was dirty with giant dust balls around the microwave and on shelves and small bits garbage and carpets not vacuumed around the beds (and I know this because I was on my hands and knees looking for the remote)

My room had no internet for the whole stay and no one was able to help or even seemed to care. The room wasn’t serviced once and when I called the front desk for coffee they seem bothered and none showed up. The staff in Moxies were great but I spent an unnecessary amount of money to use a table so I could get WiFi to finish my work.
