It was close to family's abode and a Tim Hortons. Needed more accessible parking. Shower curtain needed more width to avoid draught that might cause colds. Right sink stopper @ Room 164 needed fixing. Smoking area should be specified away from hotel's entrances. Trim some of the trees besides parking spaces to avoid damage to vehicles.

It is inexpensive for a reason. The rooms are old and tired looking. My bathroom (room 153) was extremely mouldy smelling and was generally poorly cleaned. Staff are friendly. There are 5 steps to the elevator bank, so not great if you have mobility issues.
