This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in for quite some time. Staff was amazing, the Breakfast was great. very convenient location. Highly suggest for anyone looking for a stop between going over to Detroit and heading or heading further into Ontario after just crossing the boarder

Front desk personnel for very friendly at check in. Wait time for elevator long every time we used it. Water in shower was warm at night but then cold in the morning. No response from front desk when called and texted.

The hampton inn is usually my go to. Their standards are usually pretty high. However, I feel thats not the case now. Yes, the hotel is under renovations but the breakfast area was not up to their usual standard. Not enough places to sit and a little chaotic. The coffee in the lobby is not great; the dark roast was empty Our room had a part roll of toilet paper and no extra plus two kleenex left in the box. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Would I stay again, probably not. So disappointing. With a new hotel on the same block, you would think they would make more of an effort.
