Nice area, great access to the river walk, a quick walk to the casino, lots of dining options within close walking distance, nice river views from the room window. The rooms are not sound proof as you will hear traffic noise, pedistrian noise, noises from other rooms in the hotel, etc.

great stay but rooms starting to age.
Stayed here many times. Service has always been great and rooms generally clean and comfortable. At my last visit I noticed the toilet wasnt cleaned well. Rooms are starting to show their age with creaky beds and carpet that is coming unglued.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Great location for what we were doing. Parking was very tight and not always enough spots on site, but they tried to accommodate and they do have a back up facility.

Well kids yelling and screaming in the hallways at 8am for hours was not awesome. Even after a call and visit from hotel security, nothing changed. And get ready for this - a barking dog. At 9am. In a Holiday Inn. We’ve always had a good experience with Holiday Inn; however, we will never, ever return to this dumpster fire of a hotel…
