Lovely weekend stay, great facilities, food and lovely staff

Stayed in December for Christmas markets (late review) excellent hotel, ideal location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely breakfast, helpful staff

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama.

Well appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms. Location is great, just 6 mins walk from city centre and reasonably priced parking 5 mins across road (Little Roodee Car Pk). Staff are really friendly and the 5th floor dining room has great views over the race course topwards Welsh mountains. Catherine in the restuarant was particularly welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

It’s a busy, big and beautiful hotel. Lovely bar area, reception staff was great, room was lovely and quiet. Will definitely stay again.
