Local here. Was here on a staycation. Hotel room was spotless. Booked a room with a bathtub, my daughter enjoyed it lots. Had a great view of the city from 18th floor. Hotel staff were also attentive, I briefly mentioned in a request about my daughter's birthday, they surprised us with a cake and some fruits. Lots of bar and food options nearby the hotel, literally across the road. Short walk to MRT and a few bus stops away from other city destinations.

We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific, our room was quite large although couples will find there is little room to store your belongings so you may need to keep everything inside luggage. The room service food was wonderful and quick. The only criticism we had was the housekeeping staff were understaffed so often the room would be cleaned around 4-5pm. Our minibar also wasn't stocked 2 seperate days which was somewhat annoying considering it is a 5 star hotel. Overall we were very comfortable and would definately come back!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Park Royal Collection, Marina Bay Singapore hotel! The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it the perfect start to our days. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless and well-maintained. The staff’s attention to detail and friendliness truly elevated our experience—they were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The swimming pool was another highlight, providing a relaxing and well-kept space to unwind after a day of exploring. The bar also impressed us with its fantastic selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The location was ideal—conveniently close to key attractions and amenities while still offering a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities, excellent service, and prime location. We would gladly return for another stay!

Hotel manager was very kind to let us check in early. We only intended to deposit our bags with the hotel before checking in and then visit elsewhere first, but was pleasantly surprised to be allowed early check in and enjoyed the room earlier as there was available room. Happy to receive this treatment by a 5-star hotel. Recommended!
